The Freestyle night is the big attraction of the Horseland Australian Dressage Championships. The Grand Prix National Champion will be decided for 2009 in the Bates FEI Grand Prix Freestyle CDI-W. Can Heath Ryan defy the odds and become the back-to-back champion? Or will Brett Parbery continue his impeccable form to steal it from him?
Other highlights include action from the Gow-Gates FEI Intermediate Freestyle and the Hanoverian Horse Society Medium Championships.

Thanks for posting this. It was a great night. Heath did an amazing test then Brett did an amazing one too. Looks like Aus dressage has come of age.

Cheers. Yes it was a great night and I tried to capture some of the excitement. It was a great test by Heath and for Brett to hold his nerve was astonishing given the crowd when they heard Heath's score.
