I am using a bit made by Sprenger which my horse simply loves and was wondering if it's legal for eventing dressage (probably not).
It has fixed ring snaffle cheekpieces and the mouthpiece is all copper and is one piece. It is not a jointed bit. There is a low, wide "curb" in the middle - not like a pelham as it is not so high and is much wider.
I think he likes it because of the copper and because he has somewhere for his tongue to fit. Anyway it has completely transformed him and his way of going. I never thought a bit would do that!

id send a pic to EA and see what they say.
I thought as long as it was of one metal and had no lever action (reins and head piece connect to the same part of bit) it was legal for dressage, those myler bits are legal and they look like they push the boundaries and there is one other bit that has a separate ring fro the head piece than the reins (kinda like a kimblewick) which is legal???
