On Saturday 15th August, Berry Riding Club Inc is conducting a highly informative Practical Training Seminar "How to Ride the New Dressage Tests" with Gill Rickard and you are invited to come along.
This seminar will be held at Maxine Fripp's beautiful indoor arena, 58A Boundary Rd, Berry commencing at 9.30am and finishing at approximately 3.30pm.
The aim of our seminar is to see, discuss and learn about the movements of the new dressage tests that have become effective as of 1st July.
What will happen at this Seminar?
The day will be divided into 4 parts: Preliminary, Novice, Elementary and Medium. In each part different types of horses will demonstrate the various movements found in each of the tests.
Spectators will be encouraged to ask lots of questions - what are the judges looking for ?, how should that movement be ridden ? etc etc ..... For the demonstration riders this will be like having a free lesson from Gill on what is good and what may need a little work.
