Can anyone recommend a really good yard barrow for picking up manure and tipping it on a pile? I have a pneumatic-tyred one-wheel brickies barrow which is great to wheel through sand/mud but a pain to tip. I've eyed off the british type barrows with the spoked wheels (2 wheels, one handed type of operation/four points of contact with ground rather than two) which are expensive....but are they worth the money? Something like this in Goulburn for sale "Barber Barrows". Are there other suppliers of this type of barrow in Australia? I realise that a gator-tipper thing is the ultimate, but too big for the areas I need to collect from. I need something manual. Any suggestions/recommendations? Thanks.

I have a Barber barrow (an original) that is about 12-15 years old. Had to have the wheels replaced after the kids gave it a serious workout at a party (like 5-6 kids on board across rough terrain...), but this was an easy task. The wheels on the new ones (on the website) look sturdier. I LOVE this barrow! It is very light, and quite easy to tip. I can do 3 stables in one hit, easily
