Doesn't look like it. No live scoring for SIÈC weekend either. Maybe there is problems with it

Where do I find the live scoring for the events? Is it on their websites?
Any idea where the results will be for scone?

I have been live scoring from home, when I am not the scorer.
So that means the scorer needs good internet connection and that I spend the weekend at my computer...I do most days at the computer, so normally it isn't a worry. When there have been a few gaps, it means I am away or outside.
The weather caused major problems with the scorers internet at Sydney.
And at Scone the internet also kept on dropping out, so I gave up on it until I got home.
My intention was for all scorers to learn to live score but it is a time consuming process to set up. Once it is set up it is relative easy with good internet. I never envisaged it would become a job for me every weekend.
At the present time I am seriously considering quitting live scoring completely, due to riders not bothering to stay for presentations. Some riders think it is okay to go home early and check their results electronically. It is bad etiquette and shows no regard for the volunteers who are still on the grounds scoring, the Organising Committee and the Sponsors who wish to see the actual person they are giving prize money and or prizes to and maybe get a photo!
The intention of live scoring was to promote the sport to others and allow those who were not competing to be involved from home.
In most other sports if the winners and placegetters were not at presentation, they would be suspended for months and their bad behaviour would make the paper.

Hello Vicki I hope I speak for many. I for one love Live Scoring and truly Appreciate the effort you put into this sport. I regularly jump on Live scoring either at the event or even when I am not at the event. Please keep up the great work that you do.

Vicki, think the work you do is fabulous, thank you. I only went to two events in 2012 however still loved looking up the results to see how everyone went. Live scoring and any result posting (even a few days or weeks late) is enjoyed & valued by lots of people (not to mention owners and sponsors and our buddies from overseas too!).
Re: help. I doubt VERY much that the average event rider knows how much work the committees and other volunteers put into this sport. I wonder if there is any light at the end of the tunnel for a solution to the inbalance of those who turn up, ride, have fun and leave early to those who spend days before setting up and days after cleaning up and don't even get to ride!
I might ask our overseas riders on how they do things/run things there....

Perhaps it needs to be like some pony clubs do; if you can't provide a helper/volunteer for at least half a day then you have to pay a levy?
There will always be those who take the volunteers for granted but i'm sure there is someway we can improve the imbalance?
