Rule update - what's changed recently?

Hi all,

I'll soon be competing in my first ODE in about 5 years! So, I'm just after a rule update - what's changed in the last 5 years?

Gloves in dressage, no dressage whips, compulsory armbands, 3 refusals in SJ = elimination, 3 refusals at one obstacle XC = elimination, can't cross your tracks between A/B/C/D combinations XC....
Am I missing any major rule?

What's the "20 second penalty" I've been reading about? Something like time penalties if you are more than 20secs under time? (I'll be walking/trotting around XC, but I'd still like to know the rules!).

Have I missed any other major rule changes over the last few years?

I know I'll likely be eliminated next weekend anyway (the horse has never jumped a XC jump!), but I'd rather it not be for me doing something in ignorance of the rules!!

Thanks Vince. I was able to attend a briefing to go over some of the new rules, so I was all set!
