just a question for when I finally go one* What is an NF? It says in the rulebook somewhere that for a person to qualify for a CIC* that they have to have the permission of their NF (or something along those lines) What/who is an NF and how do we go about getting this permission(or whatever it's called)? Thanks!

Keira,
Part of my job is to produce a file for all entries at a FEI event.
If the file confirms that you are eligible for the class entered, under the EFA rules, you will be allowed to start in the competition. ENSW governs the sport of Eventing in NSW for the EFA.
So, if you don't get a phone call from me, you have received NF permission.
