Just wondering if anyone knows whether your dressage saddle cloth has to be all white? Can it have embroidery on it or black piping around the outside? And are the rules different for straight dressage? I just need a new one and found a nice saddle cloth with piping, don't want to get to an event and be told i can't wear it. Cheers

I use a big quilted zilco saddlecloth which has gold and navy piping for dressage. I haven't ever had an issue and it looks lovely with some detail on it too!

yeah mine has gold piping and i know there is no issue with that, as long as the saddlecloth is wite or cream i dont think it matters.
what level is it for? coz the rules may be tighter for FEI and CIC events.

To find out the rules for dressage saddle cloths you should look at the FEI General regulations. There are rules about the size of logos etc. Saddle cloths should be white or black.
